Step 1:Download Windows7LogonEditor v2,(814 KB) !
                   
                   Click here to Download Windows7 Logon editor V2
                             

Step 2:Run the application.

Step 3:Click on Select background image icon.

Step 4:Select your image and click Open.

Step 5:DONE!!!!! ,
